Use the form above to book a call. We'll ask about your catalogue (format, rough size, how often it changes) and the kind of tenders you respond to, then set up a session to walk through Tenderiser on your data.
Once your account is set up we'll send you an install link and a short guide. The add-in works with Microsoft Excel on Windows and Mac.
CSV and XLSX. We work with whatever columns you already maintain — SKU, description, specs, units, pricing. No rigid schema to map into.
The SaaS version runs on Hetzner inside the European Union. Matching calls are sent to the OpenAI API as a subprocessor. We do not use your catalogue or tender content to train shared models, and per OpenAI's API terms neither do they. If your data can't leave your network, we also offer an on-premise deployment using open-source models — ask us about it.
Yes. We offer an air-gapped deployment on your own infrastructure, using open-source models retrained on your catalogue. This is the right option if you work with data that can't leave your network for residency or confidentiality reasons. Scope and pricing are set per engagement — book a call.
